Amazing morning in Taipei, Thanks Lord :)

First mission : To have a authentic taiwanese breakfast - "Jia xiang diam xin dai wang" at jing hua street

Direction: Jing Mei MRT, 2nd exist. Turn left to Wang long. The shop is located at 1st junction of jing hua street.

Yummy !

We had a very simple breakfast here- soya bean and yau cha koay egg roll. Cheap, big and nice. Suit those chinese, especially Penangite. Cheap & Big is the fundamental criteria to Penang consumers. Anyway, the soya really thick and the egg roll quite crunchy. Ho Chiak!

书店街

There are around 40+ book shops along 书店街 which located at  重慶南路一段. Frankly speaking, there are nothing much about the street if you are not a book lover. Most of the books here are in mandarin. The only book shop which I will visit again is Elite book store. It a book complex, where you can find all sort of books here. Besides, this book store do have a cafe where reader can enjoy a cup of coffee while reading. 

Taipei 101

It just a walking distance from elite bookstore to Taipei 101 tower. The tallest skyscraper in the world at the moment. Well, something like KLCC, nothing much.

 From there we walk to NewYork New York, so called youngster shopping mall. In deed this is a youngster shopping mall, suitable for those who think they are young enough. Here you can see many 'leng zai" "Leng Lui" here. Good for your eye? haha

Zhao ji Ma lak Nui rou mian ( Super spicy beef noodle)

Tell you what? That is not spicy to a Malaysian. We even drink the soup like drinking water. And the aunty were amazed..

Wu fen pu (Wholesale market place)

Wu fen Pu ( Wholesale Market Place) is a must to tourist where you can get cheap fashion here. Operating hour is from 3pm t0 12 midnight. Try not to go on Monday as Monday is reserved for wholesaler. Frankly speaking, we are not the type who love to shop, hence this place is not really attractive to both of us. We prefer food :P  We went there because we need to get some t-shirts for rest of the days in Taipei. 

Raohe Street Night Market

Okay, tonight we went Raohe Night Market for our dinner as this night market quite near to wufenpu. We try almost every snacks, like duck blood with chao tao fu. chao tao fu soup etc. 


After dinner, we lost as we could'nt find the direction to MRT. Thank God for sending us an angle. She was so nice and she even walk us to MRT station.

Taipei day 1

" OH NO! Yen, wake up, we were late ! " Flight at 10am, but we have to check in 2 hours before flight. From puchong to KL sentral and from there to LCCT..hmm..we need to leave puchong at 5.30am ! Anyway, we were so willing to sacrify our sleeping time..haha..

Really thank God that we were manage to check in on time and...we got window seat ! hee.. It was a 4hours 30 minutes flight..kinda boring in fact..

Finally...after so many years, our dream came true ! How come the grass here is greener than Malaysia? haha...oh shit, everyone speak mandarin..really no used with it, but still we love it so much..okok ! the first thing we need to do is to get our digital buddy handphone. We make the registration two weeks before we went taiwan.

After we bought bus tickets, then only i remember something..My initial plan is to take bullet train to taipei. but maybe too tired, i've forgot about it. Aiya..end up we took "feigou" bus instead bullet train to taipei main station..From Taipei main station, we took MRT to JingMei, where we have booked a room there.

okay, no bad ! This is our room. It is only 2minutes walk from JingMei MRT 2nd exist. Nearby here do have 7-11 and 24hours Ding Hao Convenience shop ! Indeed, it is really convenience ! The first shop we visited was 7-11, because as we know Taiwan 7-11 is so much advanced than Malaysia..Man, this is no a legend !

At about 6.30pm, we went to Shida Night Market..It might not thr biggest night market in Taipei, but I love it so much because it is just nice for both of us to explore and food here are damn nice !

MUST EAT "Liang Mian"(cold noodles)

This is the most delicious "Liang Mian" as far for me. The boss won a few gold medal in a few competition. The price is reasonable and people here are so friendly ! After taking our dinner, we did try a few taiwanese snacks.

Their "ke lit bin" are damn big ! Maybe too full, both of us cant even finish one ke lit bin ! haha.. but there are so many nice food wor..hmm..then we dabao some foods for supper lar.

After a few hours walk, we decided to take MRT back to JingMei. Maybe too excited, we went JingMei night market as well. It is also a few minutes walking distance from our guest house. JingMei night market no so happening if compared to Shida, but the "lu Wei' here is quite nice.

Law of Attraction Versus Bible

Couple days ago, Jack send me a movie named "The Secret". He told me this secret is compatible with ancient advanced Kung Fu. Once you understand it, there will be a breakthorugh in your life, be it to business, relationship, family etc. Wow. it sounds great ! 

Basically this movie divided into 3 parts, which are ask, believe and receive. 

Ask: After knowing what you want, ask the universe for it.

Believe: Feel it and believe it as if your desire is on its way

Receive: Align yourself with Universe and open yourself up to receiving.

By this three steps, your very wanted desire/things/dream will manifested. 

It sound so familiar to a christian! I can conclude that these are from bible. 

⁷"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. ⁸For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.   Matthew 7:7-8

Law of Attraction is just 2% of the bible! However, I would say that this Law of Attraction is not come from God but from Satan. I believe this practice will lead us to "success" but it did not lead us to God. The principle of living is correct but the fundamental of source of success is a big mistake. Law of Attraction leading people to ask from universe instead of God. I'm curious who and what is universe. In fact, God is the creator of the universe. By this point, I planned to share with Jack that the source of success is come from God. Well, we managed to have a short and merely discussion on this topic. According to Jack, as long as he success in having what he desire, he would not care the origin of the source. 

Man plants the seed, but if there is no sunlight and rain, can a man get the harvest ? Of course no ! Law of Attraction is leading people to believe that their succeed is come by their own effort and hard work. Besides that, I wonder the power of universe is come from God or satan. We have to be clear with.

According to Matthew 6:33, ³³But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Seek God kingdom means making God as our very first priority , acknowlegdge Him in every area of our life nnd His Righteousness refers to Jesus. We are righteousness in God's eye not by our own good work but by Jesus. Enlighten by Pastor Prince's sermon, we have to be Jesus' concious instead of sin concious. From the bible, all the good things happen to God's righteous man/ woman. Jesus concious will lead us to be concious of what He had paid for us. After knowing it, believe that we are righterous man/woman of God, act like it and believing that all the good things are circulating our life and it happens !  

God had already gave us His Son, Jesus. If we think that God is not going to give us health, wealth, a job..etc, it means that health, wealth...are more valuble than His Son. How could it be ?

Blessed weekend

I always wish to have a elder sister or elder brother since young. No other reason, it just simply because I am the elder in my family. Maybe this is one of the reason I like to close with those who are slightly older than me. Is slightly older, not older or very much older..because I have a gap generation with older in term of thought, topic, taste..i just simply cannot communicate with old people.

Back to topic.
My God is an understanding God. He knew me that i was logging for a sister or brother. And He brought them to my life. The only reason I love my second year in Uni is because of their present. And this has been always my sweetest memories during my uni life. I enjoyed the feeling of being care by a sis or bro, feeling being pampered..

This particular feeling came back as I visited them in singapore last weekend. We are still very close though we hardly meet. I guess this is the what "brother and sister in Christ" means! We have common believe, we have common faith, we even have common identity, which is prince and princess of God's kingdom. The only kingdom in this universe that never be shaken nor end.

To me, "friendship forever" may only apply to those who can be friend forever, never pass away, is eternity. Well, i can use this to describe our friendship. Simply because we will meet in heaven someday. Hmm..our common "home". 

Kuchai Lama Roasted Chicken Wing

" Sorry gal, I cant make it as i have to work OT , enjoy"
" Okay, nvm. Work hard n take care ya". 

Well, I dont care..I must have it by this evening since everyone is giving good comment on this roasted lamb chop. Without wasting a second, I drove to Kuchai Lama and park my car beside the main road.

Cao Cao Lamb Chop, Here I am ! I have been waiting for this hour since two days ago :P

Kind of awkard as I not used to dine alone, should I tabao ? But it smell so nice.....okay, should have it now !

This is good ! But not as special as I expected..Penang eater mar..must have some requirement.. I like to eat it with the papermint sauce..actually, I like the sauce more than the meat.

Okay, should order roaster taofu as well...no other reason, just simply miss Penang Farlim pasar malam. I used to have it with my family while I'm in Penang.

Full ! But the raosted chicken wing look so nice. Hence, again..I order as I cant reisit it. Amarzingly, what's a juicy chicken wing. I like this. The best disher compared to the other two.
